Cari Patterson

As Broker/Owner of Vance J. Elliott Realty since 1991, Cari Patterson brings more than three decades of real estate experience throughout Central Texas. She has worked extensively with developers and investors, producing and selling multifamily projects across the region. Her experience in construction, development, investment properties, and property management gives her a well-rounded understanding of the real estate market.

Cari leads Vance J. Elliott Realty in serving clients throughout San Marcos, Austin, and surrounding Central Texas communities. Her expertise spans residential sales, buyer representation, leasing, investments, commercial real estate, and property management. She takes pride in providing knowledgeable, personalized service and building lasting relationships with her clients.

Vance J. Elliott opened his company in 1984 after graduating from Texas State University. Vance has generated a property management portfolio of over 400 units in 48 locations. He has developed a firm to handle multiple transactions including single family homes, duplexes, town homes, condominiums, apartments, and commercial properties. He is a member of: Texas Apartment Association, Austin Apartment Association, Austin/San Marcos Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Graduate of IREM Marketing and Management of Residential Properties. He has served on the San Marcos Board of Realtors, has been selected to Who's Who in the South and Southwest since 1990, and Who's Who Among Young American Professionals since 1991, Who's Who of Emerging Leaders in America since 1992, and is a member of the Texas State Alumni Association.
