As owner and Broker of Vance Elliott Realty since 1991, Cari's expertise in real estate in Central Texas is extraordinary. With over 31 years of real estate experience, she has worked with developers and investors, producing and selling multi-family projects in various cities. With insight to construction and development, she runs a preeminent property management company that stretches from San Marcos, Austin, Round Rock, and in between. Handling residential sales, buyer's agency, leasing, investments, commercial sales, and property management, she takes great pleasure and detail in providing excellent service for her clients. In her spare time, she loves music festivals, boating, exercising, and film-making.

Vance J. Elliott opened his company in 1984 after Graduating from Texas State University. Vance has generated a property management portflio of over 400 units in 48 locations. He has developed a firm to handle multiple transactions including single family homes, duplexes, town homes, condominiums, apartments, and commercial properties. He is a member of: Texas Apartment Association, Austin Apartment Association, Austin/San Marcos Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Graduate of IREM Marketing and Management of Residential Properties. He has served on the San Marcos Board of Realtors, has been selected to Who's Who in the South and Southwest since 1990, and Who's Who Among Young American Professionals since 1991, Who's Who of Emerging Leaders in America since 1992, and is a member of the Texas State Alumni Association.
