Cari Patterson

Cari Patterson, Broker/Owner of Vance J. Elliott Realty, has served the Central Texas real estate market since 1991. Her extensive experience spans residential and commercial real estate, investment properties, multifamily developments, leasing, and property management.

Throughout her career, Cari has worked closely with property owners, buyers, sellers, developers, and investors across Central Texas, including producing and selling multifamily projects in various communities. Her deep knowledge of the local market and hands-on approach allow her to provide personalized guidance tailored to each client's real estate goals.

As Broker/Owner of Vance J. Elliott Realty, Cari continues the company's commitment to serving Central Texas property owners and clients with experience, local expertise, and personalized service.

Vance J. Elliott

Vance J. Elliott opened his company in 1984 after graduating from Texas State University. Under his leadership, Vance J. Elliott Realty built a property management portfolio spanning hundreds of doors throughout Central Texas. He has developed a firm to handle multiple transactions including single family homes, duplexes, town homes, condominiums, apartments, and commercial properties. He is a member of: Texas Apartment Association, Austin Apartment Association, Austin/San Marcos Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Graduate of IREM Marketing and Management of Residential Properties. He has served on the San Marcos Board of Realtors, has been selected to Who's Who in the South and Southwest since 1990, and Who's Who Among Young American Professionals since 1991, Who's Who of Emerging Leaders in America since 1992, and is a member of the Texas State Alumni Association.
