They are very honest with their recommendations of whether things need to just be repaired or time for an update. They want their units to best they possibly can.  I think they work hard for both their tenants and homeowners which is not always the case with some companies."

I have nothing but good things to say about VJE. From a renting perspective - they do a fine job of being an unbiased bridge between the home owner and the tenant. In other words, they do their job extremely well. Maintenance is always quick, and the representatives at the location are always polite, helpful & thorough. It was the most pleasant year of renting I ever experienced.

Living at Langtry through VJE has been wonderful. Any problems I've had were promptly fixed through the management and maintenance staff. I've even locked myself out of my apartment late at night and been let back in for a small, reasonable fee. Would resign if I wasn't graduating!
